| Actually 4 weeks to install Is pretty typical to the low side, especially if it entails line install instead of just line check. I was astounded when mine took 2.5 after being told up to 6. (not BigNet) If you're an IT tech how come you couldn't manage to chop all that annoying, what looks like binary at the end of the review? | |

It was left on there from the email, which contained a zip file with 5 traceroute screenshots. As this is my first review here, I did not know that the zip file would register as text instead of being deleted for web viewing.
And yes, the four weeks period of time is not unreasonable, but it was not what the sales rep told me (surprise, surprise)

| Re: That is a surprise There was no promise, as sales reps tend to shy away from that word. Though the four weeks felt like an eternity, my rating of their installation was very good.
The pre-sales support was disheartening, because Bignet offered DSL at 39.95 a month. When I ordered it, I was told that only the first three months were at that price. Upon receiving my first bill of 49.95, I called and was informed that the offer only added an extra month of dsl service after the contract's ending date, and the money was not credited to me.
