Those drops are supposed to be at least 12' off the ground (unless your eaves are under that and then that should be the lowest point. All drill holes are to be filled with clear silicone. All wires are supposed to have some slack in it but it not supposed to moved or played with. | |

| Re: Battery not really the as long as the ont sees power it will keep the ont operating normally when the ont goes in to power conservation mode you will not get incoming calls only outgoing getting a spare battery will not help you
the power supply only draws 1.5 amps a cheap ups can handle that output for days | |
