Hey bbarrera, as you have probably seen from my speed tests I am the only one (except that one guy who gets 30/10 for some reason) who gets over 18Mbit hits pretty much exactly 20Mbit. There is a reason for that because when I first got the 20Mbit service I was also only getting 18Mbit download. Basically I filed a trouble ticket over it had someone come out and showed them the consistently slower speeds. I made an issue how this was a big deal and if I was paying a premium for 20Mbit download I didn't want to be getting 18Mbit or slower. The tech agreed to go over and switch the port I was on at Surewest. After he got back he said the port I was on was slow for some reason (for all I know they just tweaked the bandwidth throttle limit) and ever since then I get the full 20Mbit download. So if you or any other Surewest customer want the full speed you should be able to get it (it can be a bit of a hassle get get them out for speed issues sometimes so your best bet is if you have having another internet related issue just tell the tech about the speed problem once he gets there.)
