Optimum Online Support is Horrid!

Our company, our client and our ISP has been working for a month to get our e-mail server unblocked by their DNS blacklist. They are blocking or client because an IP address in the same /24 range as ours is on a list...this is 255 possible addresses! It is like the police arresting you for a crime someone 200 houses down the road committed! Be afraid if you need to send mail back and forth between work and home!
