Alternatives?

You should check into AT&T CallVantage if you want POTS like service. I've had the service for about two years after dumping BellSouth and it has just about been flawless.

Two more that have been pretty good are Vonage and Viatalk.

My first choice was Vonage, but since they didn't have my area code, AT&T won out and next month, it'll have been two years of great service.

I ended up with Tracfone for my cellular service (the second slowest website on the net after sunrocket) and that phone just died, now I am relying on my sunrocket service and my incoming voice stream has been all garbled for the last two days. I have my own domain and created an email acount that has ONLY been used to deal with sunrocket. They are most certainly selling to spammers. The fact that they advertise under the guise of being this customer friendly service makes them the most malevolent company I have dealt with in a long time. I've felt like a sucker for too long now, I'm leaving SR.
Can any former SR users recommend a service they've been happy with?
