| SR / VT I was with SR for 1 year. This was my first experience with VoIP. During that time, I found the features and the ability to control those features via their website quite user friendly. The stability wasn't too bad, but there were times when I didn't have service for several hours.
I switched to VT during their $199 for 1 year and get the 2nd year for free offer. I have been very pleased with the responsiveness of tech support. I have also had fewer glitches with VT. So far, uptime has been much better.
Call quality is at least as good as SR if not a little better.
Customer service is much better with VT than with SR is my experience so far. |
