SuddenLink in Greenville, NC

Ours is a commercial account for a medium sized hotel here in Greenville, NC. Doesn't appear to be any P2P or RapidShare throttling or blocking. The guests love to swamp my network with those.
Anyway only complaint is minor drop outs from time to time and the big one several months ago when their servers got hacked. That lasted a couple of days.
Overall it's ok but they could do better.
