Telus Speed

I switch from regular high speed to Enhanced and my speed go down by 50%. Currently I receive ~ 700/400.
I am not sure what is going on.

TELUS? Fast? What?

They don't have to throttle! Their speeds are so low in the first place that they don't have to worry about oversubscribing *too* much.

I'm sure even with the "throttling" you'd probably get at least three times the speed on Shaw.
