cwrb join:2006-12-21 Markham, ON	Rogers speed - cable extreme I live in Markham Ontario Canada. I have Rogers Extreme and I notice it fluctuates greatly during the day. From a high of 1100 Kbps to a low of 500 Kbps. I am about to evaluate Bell Ultra and should see more than 2500 Kbps (download) consistently ... at the same cost (approx $37/mo).
