Wavelength

Wavelength is very slow. I live in a small apartment complex. Our complex has the standard package for all of its residents. The top speed i've ever downloaded at was about 60kb/s and I frequently get disconnected and reconnected every 5 minutes or so. I've called at least 20 times reporting this and all they ever do is "Escalate" my ticket or tell me to ping the local router. PACKET LOSS!!

Don't get them.
