hello

Over night shipping cost 39.95.Earthlink gave you two months credit which is approx 54.00.So may i ask you why you feel you should be compensated more looks like you made ahead 14.00.Next time you see a commercial read the print lol.

Haven't seen any commercials for ELK True Voice.
Plenty for Vonage.
As for the print, fine print et. al., conducted the whole order on the phone and no mention of shipping charges were ever stated.
Further, while I have gotten 2 months free, I was promised by ELK above and beyond the 2 months free a refund of my shipping charges. The shipping charge issue had nothing to do with the 2 months free. That was a separate issue entirely.

EarthLink True voice is terrible

The equipment didn't work. The service didn't work. The outsourced tech support is clueless, slow and muddled. After cancellation of service, they continue to phone about credit card update and to ask for bill payment, even though they sent confirmation that service has been cancelled and no payment is due.

Also, if you go from POTS to VOIP, it's very time-consuming to go back (which I've now done).

Summary: Stay away from EarthLink True Voice . It is a terrible service, with poor support and erroneous billing.
