Thank you for your honest review and feedback regarding Velcom. About the non-pppoe information provided, for every account we activate in our system a "Welcome To Velcom" email is sent to the email address provided.
When an account is activated it is sent automatically by the system. However, it looks like with some e-mail services such as @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com or @gmail.com sometimes the emails are sent into the "Bulk" or "Junk" folders.
