T1 Rocky join:2002-11-15 Dallas, TX ·Time Warner Cable	Update 5-13-07 I'm becoming happier with the service. It's been about 6 months without a single outage that I can recall and there's been some helacious storms during that time. I have worked for ISP's since 1998 and this service is exceeding my expectations. I'm not a heavy internet user at home though.

T1 Rocky join:2002-11-15 Dallas, TX ·Time Warner Cable	Update 9-20-07 Netflix stopped working out of the blue a few weeks ago. I called into ygnition tech support and got an ashlei C who was in Washington and diagnosed and remedied a dns problem in about 10 minutes. I am very impressed. Also, the download speeds have increased over the last 6 months. I'm very happy with the service these days and I highly recomend them.
