I agree that the website could use some work (you rated it 60%), but I like the simplicity because it loads fast! Not a lot of distracting, unnecessary graphics.
And no problems here either. When the charge to my cc bounced (b/c the card was reported lost), I got an email the next day advising me of the bounced charge, I called, and immediately got it straightened out by a friendly CS rep.
