Hate to tell you but they are in the process of upgrading online max customers to 20/2 at no extra charge.

I'm going to move back to Albany. x.x God help me, I know Mediacom has to operate somewhere in Alamabama, and I will move just to have MCHSI back, because my other choices are Knology, Charter, and Co... Co... I can't even type the name of that hateful MSO!
