Still on "hold"

I am tired of being placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before I can speak to a customer service representative.

I am also tired of being "forced" to listen to your obnoxious commercials while holding.

I would never consider adding Mediacom internet or phone service. If your attention to your customers is as deplorable in those areas as it is in the cable division why would I do that to myself???

Why don't you call your customer service line sometime and see how annoying your company really is?

The word "DISH" sounds better and better to me all the time.

Same problem here...

I live in Villa Grove, IL and I am having the exact same internet problems you are having. Before I could consistently get over 900kbs but now I am lucky to get 500-600kbps when it is working properly. I have been timing out more and more lately and the internet is almost unusable during the weekend.

I am considering switching to Verizon DSL if things do not get better soon. I believe they only offer about half the download speed I should be getting now but it would be worth the loss to have a reliable connection.
