Works Great!

I've been using portable internet for awhile and it's awesome! I take the modem everywhere and other than a couple of issues here and there it's been perfect.

Like any service or product you buy your experience will vary. Does mean that product or service sucks for everyone.

Of course it is. But is the service really horrible? Not really. Is it for you? Yes.

You should state it in those terms.
