| The worst phone/dsl service company We switched to Cavalier and experiencing a nightmare. They mess up our fax line and it has been 4 weeks, they never send service person in. All they have been doing is to issue us ticket numbers, 5 times and then erase them without even looking into the problem. We finally want to talk to their manager, all managers or supervisors are no help at all. We have been spending hours on the phone. Since our business rely on the fax line for orders and quotes, this causes loss of sales and unhappy customers.
You may want to stay away from this company! Now we are switching to ATT. Even trying to switch, they promise to release our lines but never did as promised. They keep promising but never give us a confirmation.
