| Earthlink ouch i have been paying 41.95 for cable high speed for 6 yrs now, and yes i get drops every day sometimes not at all.
wish they could fix, but still cheaper than what my cable company charges.
just did some tests and my download from miami was 6400 and 7400 from los angeles up load slow at about 400kbps.
anyone know what i can do to get them to fix the dropped signal issues the only thing not changed is the main line to the house. | |

| Re: Earthlink Well, my cable speeds are much better than my DSL speeds ever were, but as for the signal loss, you'd probably have to have them check the lines for interferance, or maybe its your wiring. Either could be the reason. Bad modem perhaps as well, but I've no clue how you'd check for that. | |
