 :)I have DSL for 3 years I"m verry happy with the Bell South service 1200/240 all the time, never problem (maybe I'm lucky) call them and ask for a better price they did it right away Billing is terrible but customer support for fast access is ok thanks Bellsouth...................Louis:D | |

| Bellsouth Internet is horrible I have the highest speed dsl you can get from Bellsouth at $42.95 per month and it is horrible. I have to restart my computer 3 to 4 times per hour to get my internet connection back as it continually goes out and also very slow and below average. I pay for 6 mbps and only get 3.7. I have called tech support numerous times to complain about the constant short outages or getting bumped off, slow speed, etc. and they can't fix it either. So, they sent a tech support person, only he never showed up after I re-arranged my work schedule to accommodate him coming to my home. When I phoned to complain about that, they offered to schedule another appointment which I don't have time for. This is the worst internet service and horrible company. Unfortunately I have my home phone, cell phone and internet thru them and they're always taking extra charges onto my cell phone bill like internet time on that, which I've never ever used. My advice to anyone is not go with AT&T unless you have no other options. | |

| Re: Bellsouth Internet is horrible You shouldn't have to restart the pc, our internet service uses a completely different unit all together. the Modem work independently from the pc. Are you connecting from the modem to the pc directly or are you connecting from the modem to a router and then to the pc? I can probably help you with your problem.
