| Got completely screwed over. I used to be on Ultra. 5Mbps I think. I've been on Ultra forever....
The BS agent told me I could save $5 a month if I went to the "Performance" plan. ...AND I would get 7Mbps.
I was told it was a "no-brainer". It sounded like a no-brainer.
Boy was I wrong. My first bill was actually $30 higher for bandwidth usage.
I was never told they were putting me in a limited bandwidth plan.
Plus, they've told me all Ultra users are going to start paying for bandwidth. Does anyone know if that is true?
If Bell really screwing all Ultra customers? Or is it just me?
