| I hear your frustration, but..... When looking to see if FiOS is available, I too didn't have a phone number to give them. However, I noticed that they also took address entries. Did you enter your address? If you didn't enter your address, you should. Since you don't have a phone number to give them, how do you expect to know if you are able to get the service? Last I recall, Verizon can't read minds. Sorry to sound like a smart ass, but from your message, it sounds like you didn't enter your address. RR is better than DSL, FiOS is better than RR. You might as well find out. | |

That is exactly my complaint - I entered my address, and it returned a message saying that Verizon's records show that there is an active Verizon phone number at my address - and wouldn't go further unless I entered the phone number. I exited the whole thing, tried again, and ran into the same brick wall - I don't have a phone number to enter. You didn't sound like a smartass - I was being a smartass and didn't state the problem clearly enough. | |

99999 | FIOS Availability I have an idea....why not just give up altogether? Seriously though, give them a call. I did, and they were very helpful, until appt time at which they never showed up and I had to reschedule. | |
