| Could be better My speeds have drastically reduced even though Sudden link upgraded the speed, yeah right. Download and browsing is hit or miss. You have to bounce to TX before you can get out from WV. They replaced my modem because they said mine was bad, a typical we don't know what were doing move. Later on I figured out that they were setting up the service to Suddenlink from the changeover when it was sold by Charter. So a bad modem, field techs didn't know service was being changed. Left doesn't know what right hand is doing. Not a good business practice, service paid for and service received is about half what it should be. Since Suddenlink has changed it over, the speed has dropped even though they have raised the service speed, at no cost. |
