Capping

Here in Newyork Optimum Online/Cablevision is the other Comcast. I don't know about traffic shaping yet. But they do cap on regular internet which is $50 if u sign up without TV or Digital voice plan. They offer boost service with no caps for another $15. But after paying $65 I heard they still have a cap limit.
