The Verizon Blame Game

Yep, if you call Verizon's tech support you'll almost certainly get someone who's first step is to point to you, the customer, as the guilty party. I've found that most of the "Tech" wannabes at Verizon are ignorant!
There is some hope though. The last two times I've had tech. issues I used the Direct Contact link for Verizon here at dslreports and those people are very good and they stay with the problem until it's fixed.
