| Review Update... Ok, I've just updated my review, changing only the "connection reliability" score.
It's been going on for months now and the connection is still really lousy, so I could no longer justify giving Embarq better than a score of "1" on that segment of the review.
Note that I'm not saying others will have such a poor connection, but only that I have experienced a really terrible connection at my own residence. It's odd in a way because my Embarq connection at the workplace about 8 blocks away works very well about 99% of the time.
