Pretty much an unusable connection with big time packet loss. Executive escalations is attempting to fix it, but failing miserably so far.
Line tech had us disconnected from the tap, still saw noise in the system (comcast side of the lines, not our internal wiring), but every support rep i talk to wants me to rearrange my network (take out my router) when its an issue already determined to be on the outside lines. Very frustrating, and worthy enough to update my review. |
