Bad speed

Dear lcbart,

Your speed definitely doesn't look good - if you're not getting anywhere with them, I'd swap out my NIC card and if that didn't work I'd demand a replacement DSL modem to see if that might be the problem. Unless you're paying for 128/128 service, you speed is very slow.

Don't be so quick to blame the ISP

It sounds to me exactly like the problem i had with my First DSL provider, Which turned out to be a Bell Atlantic Problem, NOT the ISP. BA had a bad DSLAM in my local C/O.

I use NAC, and don't have any problems. i usually get 1200k+

My only gripe with NAC is that i have sent the billing department 3 emails over the past couple months, and have yet to recieve a response...
