Not sure what CD you needed to use for an email account setup.. I'm a fios tech in central NJ and we use our tech wizard (thumb drive) for email account activation/ STB activations as well.. Enjoy your service

the verizon tech didnt touch my computer since I was moving in on the day that it was installed and it was still in a moving box somewhere.

He left some two books and a cd which explained all the details of verizon internet and tv.
