No, EVDO in any flavor isn't yet available locally. The nearest is Grand Fork, ND. We're stuck on 1x at the moment.

Verizon

Verizon now offers a wireless option in the area. You get 5GB per month for $55. Speed, when I checked it, is about .6Mb down and .3Mb up.
