| Completely opposite view on costumer service I love WOW, and have been a costumer for around 4 years now. However, I can state with absolute confidence that I've never met an intelligent costumer service rep in all my calls to them. I've had several issues once in a while, and after the first call I realized that I would basically need to get a tech out to get anything done.
The costumer service reps have a sheet of paper in front of them, with a list of questions that they run down when you describe a particular problem. Often times these questions have only a vague connection to the problem (For example, I had a problem with latency. They asked me to ipconfig, which was useless, as I already knew the information required.)
I've found that if you truly need help, call in and describe the problem, then ask for a tech to come to your house as soon as possible. |
