1 edit | I love their tech suppor as well. Have worked with Matt through all the little glitches that I have mentioned in my review. What I love the most is that they fess up if they are having an issue with voicemail or whatever. With ViaTalk I would just get some BS excuse relating to something on my end and tinker with some settings. I agree about 95% of the time my phone works great! I'm willing to live with the other 5% to save 400.00 or so a year, not to mention the great features that the phone companies can't (won't) supply. |
