| Port Forwarding We replied to this in your ticket, but these issues are tyically fixed 99% of the time by enabling port forwarding on your router. May newer routes to try to handle everything and do not properly allow the audio connections through.

A few issues I've noticed: Several times, I call home. Phone never rings (for me... it does ring at home), and nothing but dead air. I hang up. Wife calls back, wanting to know why I hung up on her. "I could hear you moving around and mumbling..." Same thing has happened when I answer the phone at home. Just dead air. The caller can hear me, but I can't hear them.
