Qwest Bad Customer Service

I can attest to the bad customer service of Qwest. Been having alot of problems the last 3 months of my 2 year commitment, and since I am not staying with Qwest after that, they are refusing to give any kind of compensation. Qwest will never get any of my money again. Customer Service can make or break a company, Qwest would do well to learn from other companies.
