This was on 9/10. " And no, I didn't miss that part. Even though you contacted Phone Power does not mean that they screwed up. Transference of records, even though one may call in to make sure they are correct can and do become messed up. Giving Phone Power low marks for this, in my opinion is a cheap shot at someone when they are trying to make something right from someone else dropping the ball, namely Broadvox, your old provider. -- Perhaps TODAY IS a good day to die!
