| Fully agree with you I too have been a long time customer and very rarely is the service what was promised. I call in damn near every day about the latency or the service being completely down. The saving grace for this company is Bob, who is the off hours tech.
Watch the negative feedback when you post. The feedback tends to get buried or retorted with fancy words to attempt to hide the truth. Truth being, service 80% of the time has issues, poor customer service, and a tech department with their own limited abilities. If there was another option available, most current customers would consider the switch. |
