Update on refund

No refund yet 12-23-00. I have called them about 12 times looking for my refund. Each time it is a 1.5 hour wait on hold. Then, they say that it is being processed right now. They then say that you should see it in the next day or so. They even give you a name of a supervisor. Still nothing after 2.5 months. No refund yet. DO NOT GO WITH PSN. Don't lose your money. Pay a little extra if you have to but at least you have a chance of getting service or money back.

PSN...JAIL TIME???

The people at PSN should be in Jail.
They consistantly lied about their service.
I have heard that they are out of business now...They dropped me as a customer, owing me a full 12 months of service which I had pre-paid...
And I have spent hours and hours trying to get some response from their people about a refund.
Their behavior is pure fraud.
If you are a business, stay away from PSN.
If you are an individual, stay away from PSN.
If you know how I can pursue them legally, drop me a line!

I am in the same situation as yours, terrible support, they lies,...etc and they got my 12 month fee too.
I am yet researching means of getting money back, does "proof of claims" form rings your bells?
I am hoping to get some legal advice before the end of this month.

Bronxville, NY		 Better file a despute with your credit card company to get your $ back. PSN is defunct. I just got the charges overturned by my credit card co. after fighting with PSN for over 6 months. Spare yourself the aggrevation.

they suck

i ordered DSL from PSN october 13th. guess what they came out to do the outside wiring then i get a email saying everything is ready to go, i call northpoint and they say my order has been cancelled. i then call psn and they say they cannot reorder until after january 1st. guess what now they are gone and i am out money. i have filed a complaint with the BBB also in phoeniz. i wait and see. THEY SUCK
