You sound like you're having the twin situation to mine, maybe a little better actually. Your contract expiring in April is the same as when mine is over too. I have designed a web site http://www.amerinotech.com that I even put a count down clock on to remind me how much longer I have until this is over with. On the other hand, my service has improved substantially lately. When you compare it to what I was getting that isn't hard but I have noticed improved reliability and my pings and speeds have gotten better in the last couple of days. If I overlook the episode Thursday evening when I spent an hour on the phone with a tech only to have him suddenly discover that billing had blocked my account and that's why I couldn't log in, and then having billing on Friday tell me they didn't know why they blocked my account and would reinstate it immediately, I've only had one outage that I've noticed in the last month, which is a vast improvement.
