Your downstream isn't bad (~84%) though not for a minimum but the upstreams a different story (only ~50% rated). Make sure you've tweaked your setup for broadband, if necessary. See the tools section here.
Distance from CO isn't "as-the-crow-flies" it's a rather mystic art involving loop-backs, load coils and other telcom mumbo-jumbo (which I'm not claiming to fully comprehend). If you really are at 22k feet 84% rated speed seems pretty good. Was it ADSL, IDSL etc. |
