NP denied that should pay the rebate, because at the time I was offered service, they were not offering the rebate. I f---'n hate companies that play the run-around. | Believe it or not..... Believe it or not, I got my rebate back! Yippie! So now I have SDSL 416/416, which runs at greater than 92% of rated most of the time (384/384, and pretty reliable), but I also got my $250 back! It was in the form of a credit to my credit card, but that's fine with me....
Now I am really happy camper......

They don't give a SH T whether we were transferred over to Telocity or not, and I, for one....would like to join in on the Civil Suit that was discussed sometime ago.
Another reason I know they don't give a sh t that they cut the DNS servers OFF, is an email I got from the webmaster@psn.net.......He writes back: "Stand in line!!!" to my email about the DNS servers being down and the civil suit. How interesting? and totally careless... The owners of this company should be dragged out into the street and shot. But the one thing we can all feel good about? Bad karma is GUARANTEED to happen to them!!!!
If they try to bill my card in January, I will have the charges reversed, and I will sell their crap ass SDSL modem on Ebay and try to get back my $75 setup fee!
Pissed!!!! I take back my other nice post!!!

I've had that happen, in fact, more times than I wanted in October.... No down time at all in Aug or Sept. Each time in Oct, I emailed them, and within hours, I was back up.
No down time for November thus far.....to my knowledge.
So far, I"m happy....where else can I get SDSL 416/416 for $39/mo? Nowhere... I realize I am one of the lucky ones, but people should know that some of us are doing fine.
If I have serious problems like those listed here (down time in the weeks!), believe me, you will be the first to know.

| Re: omg It seems like some people who work for PSN are competent and some are far from it, from my experience, anyway. Some customers just get lucky I guess, while others are not. Be ready to encounter problems when you happen to come across the not so competent employees.

| Re: you aren't going to get any money back... Supposedly Telocity is going to take the PSN customers for only a small fee and purchase of their gateway. From some of the posts and reviews on this site, they aren't exactly the best DSL ISP out there either.
