| Sad Service I have the deal from Bignet through Ford and have had nothing but trouble since installed (Oct 2000). Seems from 3pm til 9pm I can't get on line at all (this is everyday). There are days where I can't get an IP at all. All Internet Explorer says to me is DNS ERROR. I have called for months for some help and they won't even return my calls. I called Bignet's billing to cancel and can't even get through. Even tonight I had to reboot 5 times before I was able to get on-line. My advice... Go somewhere else besides Bignet for your DSL. |
