I had enhanced DSL service in Berkeley. Things were going fine and then I had to move to Richmond. Nobody seems to
know what to do to move the service. Pathetic customer service. No online support pages except for some really useless information. You cannot even find information on how to set up an e-mail client or add e-mail accounts. This must be the worst online FAQ. The 'Troubleshooting' page is really a joke. It makes you sign in and takes you to a sales pitch page!
