Constant.com Announces Increased Support!

In October 2000, Aperian requested that we take over all aspects of their DSL service, and retired from the DSL industry altogether. In doing so, our company was left with a great challenge: ironing out hundreds of unique customer situations, from technical difficulties to mismanaged billing. Overall, the transition was extremely successful, and former Aperian customers are now receiving the quality of service they deserve as premium DSL subscribers.

In the past few months, we have made many changes at Constant.com, many of which directly address some of the difficulties brought up by this customer response. We have added several new technical support specialists, and in fact, have INCREASED our support hours. A new full-time billing manager dedicated solely to DSL subscribers has also been added to our lineup.

I strongly urge this customer to give our company another chance. While other DSL providers are withdrawling from the business, we are focusing on improving the DSL management process in every way possible. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and would like to extend 6 free months of service to this customer to return to Constant.com.
