Smokeping entry - not sure what some of these mean?

I am running smokeping and occasionally get plots that include the smoke bar dipping all the way to the baseline (0ms)..I have no idea how to interpret this, since these same entries are also reporting high packet loss (up to 100%).

Can someone please clarify what this type of entry means?

The URL for the ongoing smokeping I'm referring to is:

Thanks,

Experiencing 95-99% packet loss.

I noticed I was having connection issues on xbox live while playing Modern Warfare 2 for about two days. Playing multiplayer would lead to intermittent disconnections. Also for the past week and a half I've been noticing my web browsing became difficult; websites weren't completely loading. I took a line quality test and these are my results.

http://www.dslreports.com/linequality/nil/2585480

Can anyone help describe what I'm looking at with these test results and give me some options on what to do? I'm on a cable connection with a Motorola VOIP modem connected to a Netgear router, which is hooked up to my xbox360 with an ethernet cable. My ISP is Comcast. Thanks.

Flash Speedtest

I have noticed this for quite awhile but finally got off my lazy ass and posted it. It seems there is some bug in the flash test whenever you get a speedtest result above 10M If I use a far server where the result is below 10M, this does not happen. Nor does it happen on my Verizon dsl line, due to it not being fast enough. Speedtest.net has no such malfunction. See where the link would normally be marked as undefined?
