If you see a hit on your UDP port 22, you are almost guaranteed to have neighbor who uses PCAnywhere. PCAnywhere sends a UDP ping to both ports 5632 and 22 of the server when it starts, to see if the server is alive. If it doesn't know the address of the server, it will then ping the entire subnet to find one.
Funny Note: The port was intended to be 5632 (Hex 0x1600) but a programming typo in an older version pointed it to Hex 0x0016 (22). The typo was fixed in newer versions but to this day, they have kept port 22 for backward compatibility reasons. -- You can catch the Devil, but you can't hold him long.
