Things to think about before signing are rules on operating servers, quality of service guarantees (SLAs) and any backbone CIRs that apply, operating system limitations, length of time before service is switched on, end-user equipment choices, uplink versus downlink speeds, whether you want a fixed ip or DHCP, and whether your IP is a private ip, costs for extra IPs and extra DNS services, costs for mailboxes and bridged ips.
