Windstream's support on DSLR is amazing. They worked with me to figure out a hard to track down issue with my 12Mb service. (Turns out I had some extra cabling on the line down the road and a bad modem) causing my service to drop. IowaMan , 12.3 years

If not for the assistance of Windstream I would have canceled my service and moved to cable. Phone support simply wasn't going to be of any help, as they presume user error or modem problem, and I had a physical wiring issue. linuxtom , 13.2 years
