About my Avatar/Username:
Username: My name is Kip. I work at Cox.

I'm KipK at the official Cox Support Forums, and I just sign as Kip on our Facebook page and Twitter handle.

Avatar: It's a Digi! Cute little guys, aren't they? I think of them like anti-Gremlins.
(Now specifically the Ninja Digi, stealthy fixer of problems, sworn enemy of bad service.)

My first name:
OK, it's actually a nickname my grandmother gave me before I was even born. But there are already TWO Christophers on the Social Media team!

I work in the broadband industry:
2000-2005 Working at at an electronics retailer I can't name now (something to do with a shack with radios in it), being a nuisance to the broadband industry by selling substandard parts and accessories.
2006-2010 Cox Service Center / Digital Store / Solutions Store - I was the techy guy among the sales people. Every store needs one.
2010-2013 Cox Technical Support - Tier 1, phone/internet/video - if I couldn't fix it, I told customers how. If they couldn't fix it, I sent a tech to do it. If the tech couldn't fix it, we found the people to yell at who could.
2013-? Cox Social Media Support Specialist - We are everywhere, we fix everything. You need us, just whistle. Or email us at CoxHelp@Cox.com - we'll hear you a lot better that way. :)
