Why did I join?:

I'm a member of the Planetary Society and have been crunching numbers for the Seti project for a long time. I like the idea of the spinning clobe in the dslreports.com forums to show support for Seti and I hope it encourages others to become members as well.

Why did I join?:

I like my computers to do something useful when they would be otherwise idle and folding at home seems like a good cause. I also have to return a favor by [user=howieh] and joining now is in preparation for that.
