Suburban Broadband utilizes the latest wireless technology called NLOS (non-line-of-sight) wireless. Non-line-of-sight simply means that there does not have to be a clear view of the broadcast antenna to receive our service. Trees, glass, walls, and other homes are no obstacle for our compact indoor antenna.

This technology allows us to build a wireless network optimized for broadband Internet from the ground up, removing the technological and financial barriers that have prevented the phone and cable companies from delivering on their promises.

While other wireless solutions do exist, our service does not require an outdoor antenna and does not suffer from the long delays associated with two-way satellite communications.
